Inspection for Control in the Sphere of Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The employees of the Territorial Inspection for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan are consistently carrying out planned monitoring activities to ensure compliance with current construction standards, urban planning norms and project requirements at construction sites being built in the regions. In particular, the construction work being carried out in the building of secondary school No. 12 under construction in the "Shimbay Shaykhana" neighborhood of Nukus was thoroughly studied. During the monitoring process, the compliance of the construction and installation work performed at the facility with the design and estimate documentation, compliance with the requirements of urban planning norms and rules, the quality of the construction materials used, and the fact that the work being performed was carried out on the basis of established technical requirements were checked. Also, written instructions were issued to the persons responsible for the construction process regarding the violations identified during the monitoring, which must be followed in the prescribed manner. The Inspectorate took control of eliminating the identified shortcomings and ensuring the implementation of written instructions.
