Inspection for Control in the Sphere of Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The employees of the Navoi regional territorial inspection for construction and housing and communal services carried out the next inspection to study the technical condition of apartment buildings located on South Street in Navoi city. During the inspection, the inspection staff thoroughly assessed the technical condition of residential buildings, their structural strength, as well as their seismic resistance. At the same time, the studied objects are being fully registered and are being gradually entered into the “Pasportbino.uz” information system. Through this electronic system, a single and reliable database on the condition of the housing stock in the region has been formed, the technical indicators of buildings are being systematically maintained, and constant monitoring has been established. This serves to further increase the effectiveness of inspection measures. These systematic control measures serve to ensure safe, stable, and comfortable living conditions for the population.
