Inspection for Control in the Sphere of Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The employees of the Territorial Inspection for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Fergana region conducted another inspection of a 14-story residential building under construction in the Shakarqishloq neighborhood of Fergana city. During the inspection, it was found that urban planning norms and rules and technical safety requirements were not observed. In particular: Some metal columns of the ST-1 type on the 12th floor of the building were not protected against corrosion; Ventilation shafts from the 9th to the 12th floor of the building were left open and were not closed with temporary barriers in the prescribed manner; Technical safety rules were not fully observed at the facility. In connection with the identified violations, written instructions were issued to the responsible persons of the construction, the implementation of which was monitored by the inspection.
