As part of the control measures carried out in the regions, the employees of the Territorial Inspection for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Samarkand region regularly study the quality of work performed at construction sites, compliance with project requirements, as well as compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
The next control measures were carried out in a 9-story residential building under construction in the “Bog’ichinor” neighborhood of Toylok district, and a number of violations were identified.
In particular, it was revealed that the execution journals that must be kept at the facility were not monitored in a timely manner through the “nazorat.mc.uz” electronic platform, as well as that technical safety rules were not fully observed.
At the same time, it was revealed that concrete pouring work had begun without sufficient strengthening of the groundwork in some sections of the facility where internal roads and parking lots were to be constructed.
In order to eliminate the identified violations, written instructions were issued to the responsible persons of the construction, which must be followed. If these instructions are not followed within the specified deadlines, administrative reports are drawn up and warnings are issued regarding the application of legal measures.
