Namangan City Administration of Namangan Region

During the reception, Ayubkhon Kamalov, Mayor of Namangan and Deputy of the Namangan City Council of People’s Deputies, thoroughly heard the appeals, concerns, and proposals of 58 citizens. Of these, 21 appeals were positively resolved directly during the reception with the participation of relevant officials.

Appeals requiring additional time for consideration and further examination were referred to the relevant organizations and institutions. Specific tasks were assigned to ensure their consideration within the framework of the law and to identify positive solutions.

Such personal receptions contribute to establishing open dialogue with the population, resolving citizens’ concerns directly on the ground, and further strengthening the accountability of government bodies to the people.
