During the reception, appeals from 5 citizens concerning various issues were considered. The proposals and concerns raised by the citizens were thoroughly examined, and relevant instructions and assignments were given to the responsible officials regarding each appeal.

In addition, specific tasks were identified to consider the issues raised in the appeals in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, ensure the lawful interests of citizens, and resolve their problems within the shortest possible timeframe.

As noted, maintaining open dialogue with citizens, carefully considering their appeals, and finding practical solutions to the issues they raise are among the important priorities of public administration. Therefore, systematic efforts to study citizens’ appeals and ensure their positive resolution are being consistently continued.
