During the reception, appeals from six citizens were heard concerning family-related matters, support for women, employment assistance, provision of social assistance and financial support, as well as legal consultations.

The appeals were discussed in detail with the participation of representatives of the relevant institutions and organizations, and specific measures were identified to address each issue. Relevant instructions were issued to responsible officials regarding appeals requiring prompt resolution, and their implementation was placed under control.

Such personal receptions contribute to establishing an open dialogue with citizens, studying existing problems on the ground, and strengthening social protection for the population.
