During the reception, the Mayor of Namangan City and Deputy of the Namangan City Council of People's Deputies, Ayubkhon Kamalov, carefully listened to the appeals, concerns, and proposals of 47 citizens. Of these, 19 appeals were resolved positively on the spot with the participation of the heads and responsible officials of the relevant organizations.

Appeals requiring additional study and a certain period of time for implementation were referred to the relevant organizations and institutions. Specific tasks were assigned to ensure their consideration in accordance with the legislation and to identify appropriate solutions.

Such personal receptions serve to strengthen open dialogue with the public, promptly address citizens' concerns at the local level, and further enhance the accountability of state authorities to the people.
