The agenda of the session included the following issues:

1. Information on the activities of the People's Reception Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Namangan City regarding the consideration of appeals from individuals and legal entities, as well as the resolution of public concerns, during the second quarter of 2026;
2. On the implementation of investment projects, the attraction of foreign investment, and measures to enhance the export potential of Namangan City during the first half of 2026;
3. Information on the activities of the Namangan City Prosecutor's Office in ensuring the rule of law, strengthening legality, and combating crime during the first half of 2026;
4. Information on the work carried out by the Namangan City Department of Justice in the field of legislative drafting and law enforcement practice during the first half of 2026;
5. On ensuring the implementation in Namangan City of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ORQ-937, dated 5 August 2024, "On the Recognition of Rights to Arbitrarily Occupied Land Plots and Buildings and Structures Constructed Thereon";
6. On the state of crime prevention, ensuring public safety, and combating crime in Namangan City during the first half of 2026;
7. On measures to effectively organize the "Dolzarb 90 Kun" ("Topical 90 Days") programme aimed at ensuring meaningful and productive summer holidays for young people in mahallas and educational institutions of Namangan City;
8. On the execution of local budget revenues, measures taken to identify additional revenue reserves, as well as the assessment, collection, and outstanding задолжorlik of taxes and other mandatory payments;
9. On equipping the correctional classrooms established in general secondary schools of Namangan City during 2026 using funds from the Infrastructure and Social Stability Fund;
10. On the utilization of funds allocated from the Infrastructure and Social Stability Fund;
11. On reviewing the performance report of the Namangan City Department of the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the first half of 2026;
12. On considering the establishment of modern capsule libraries in Namangan City, Davlatobod District, and Yangi Namangan District;
13. Report of the Namangan City Medical Association on the protection of public health, improvement of the quality and efficiency of healthcare services provided to citizens, activities carried out within the healthcare system, and existing challenges during the first half of 2026;
14. On the measures being implemented to create new jobs and ensure employment in Namangan City;
15. On the quality of public utility services provided to the population of Namangan City, existing challenges in the sector, and measures for their systematic resolution;
16. On measures to improve the effectiveness of hearing information (reports) from the heads of responsible state bodies and organizations on the handling of public appeals during the sessions of the Namangan City Council of People's Deputies.

At the conclusion of the session, the relevant resolutions of the Namangan City Council of People's Deputies were adopted.
