During the reception, 71 citizens' appeals, problems, and suggestions were thoroughly heard by the City Head of Namangan and Ayubxon Kamalov, a deputy of the Namangan City Council of People's Deputies. 28 of the appeals were resolved positively with the participation of relevant responsible officials during the reception process.

As for the appeals that require a certain amount of time to be fulfilled and necessitate additional study, they were forwarded to the relevant organizations and agencies, and specific tasks were set to examine them within the framework of legislation and find positive solutions.

Such mobile receptions serve to establish open communication with the population, resolve issues troubling citizens on the spot, and further increase the responsibility of state bodies before the people.
