Namangan City Administration of Namangan Region

During the reception, Ayubkhon Kamalov, Hokim of Namangan City and Deputy of the Namangan City Council of People's Deputies, thoroughly listened to the appeals, problems, and proposals of 61 citizens. Of these, 23 appeals were positively resolved on the spot during the reception with the participation of the responsible officials.

Appeals that require a certain amount of time to be addressed, as well as those requiring additional study, were forwarded to the relevant organizations and agencies. Specific tasks were assigned to ensure their consideration in accordance with the law and to find positive solutions.

Such mobile receptions serve to establish an open dialogue with the population, resolve citizens’ concerns directly on site, and further enhance the accountability of state bodies to the people.
