Social Protection and Energy Efficiency in Focus

In the “Sharshara” mahalla of Namangan city, efforts are ongoing to study the living conditions of citizens included in the “Social Register.” During the process, the home of Nargiza Ubaydullayeva, a person with a Group I disability, was also inspected.

To date, social workers have been providing social services and financial assistance to this household in order to improve living conditions. Currently, based on Presidential Resolution No. PQ–49 dated February 5, 2026, the house is being renovated in accordance with energy efficiency requirements.

The Mayor of Namangan city, Ayubkhon Kamalov, reviewed the ongoing work at the residence, spoke with the citizen, and gave relevant instructions to responsible officials to address existing issues.
