The opening ceremony was attended by a delegation led by the Hokim of Namangan region, Shavkatjon Abdurazzoqov.
The newly opened restaurant is designed to introduce the Japanese public to the rich and diverse flavors of Uzbek cuisine. Visitors can enjoy traditional dishes such as pilaf, somsa, various soups, lagman, qozon-kabob, and other specialties prepared according to authentic recipes.
The “Trade House” will serve as an important hub for showcasing industrial and agricultural products, textiles, handicrafts, and gastronomic brands from Namangan. It will operate as a permanent platform for supplying local goods to the Japanese market, opening new export channels, and facilitating direct cooperation between entrepreneurs.
The implementation of these projects will help promote the Namangan region’s brand in Japan, increase tourism flows, and elevate economic cooperation between the two countries to a new level.
