Current competition was organized on the initiative of the hokimiyat of Samarkand region, Central military district command, in cooperation with the regional council of the Union of youths of Uzbekistan and the “Mahalla yettiligi” (Neighborhood septenary).

The regional stage of the complex sport competitions held among the youth of the mahallas were held under the slogan “If we unit — we are a single nation, if we unite — we are a Country!”

18 teams from two cities and 16 districts of Samarkand region took part in the collective competition, which includes the intellectual game “Zakovat”, “Military relay” and “Tug-of-war”.

According to the final results, places were as follows:

1^st place — “Sahibkiron” team of Pakhtachi district;

2^nd place — “Temuriylar” team of Nurobot district;

3^rd place — “Jasorat” team of Urgut district.

At the end of the competition, the winners and prize-winners were awarded with commemorative gifts by the regional military command and the regional defense affairs department.
