To protect your personal and property interests, and to prevent fraud and deception, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following:

Exercise Caution in Civil-Legal Relations

Conduct all types of transactions—such as purchase and sale, mortgage, lease, and other civil-legal agreements—only through official notarization. This is the most effective way to ensure the legal validity of documents and prevent potential disputes.

Protect Your Property

We recommend equipping your homes and premises with surveillance cameras, alarm buttons, gas detectors, and fire-alert systems, as well as using the services of the security units of the internal affairs bodies.

Road Safety is a Shared Responsibility

Driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited by law. If such an offense is committed, the individual:

• is held administratively liable;

• is fined 40 BHM or may face administrative detention of up to 15 days;

• may be deprived of the right to operate a vehicle for a period of 1 year 6 months to 3 years.

If the offense is repeated, it results in criminal liability.

Observe Environmental Requirements

The environmental indicators of your vehicles must comply with established standards. Emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere beyond permissible levels leads to liability under the law. Therefore, make sure your vehicle undergoes timely technical inspection and diagnostics.

Cybersecurity – a Requirement of the Modern Age

Considering the increasing number of cybercrimes, please strictly follow the rules below:

• Make payments with bank cards only through official applications and trusted platforms;

• Never share SMS codes, PIN codes, or banking details with strangers;

• Do not open unknown .apk files sent via Telegram or other messaging platforms — they may contain malicious software.
