The rector of the University of Geological Sciences M. Isokov held a meeting with the students of the university, where he answered the questions of the students and discussed many pressing issues.
During the meeting the students talked about problems of placement, teaching and research projects. The Rector listened to every appeal and gave instructions to the heads of the relevant faculties and departments to solve the problems on the spot.
During the meeting, the importance of the geological industry, its prospects and the importance of scientific research in this field were emphasized. The necessity of active participation in education, contribution to the development of science and hard work to become qualified specialists was also emphasized.
