The Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology held a meeting with representatives of a delegation from the city of Mikasa (Japan).
Representatives of the delegation made a presentation on the scientific work carried out in Japan in the field of coal development, processing and underground storage of carbonate anhydride.
The participants were also acquainted with the work carried out in the field of hydrogen production by underground coal gasification.
During the meeting, the participants exchanged views on the continuation of cooperation in the field of mining and geology, innovative projects.
