Main tasks of the national information system “Shaffof Qurilish”:

• ensuring the formation of targeted programs for facilities and the annual targeted list of facilities developed in cooperation with relevant ministries and agencies, as well as maintaining a database by types of facilities for new construction, reconstruction, and capital repairs;
• ensuring continuous maintenance and entry into the electronic database of accurate and reliable data on the performance by regional engineering companies acting as a single customer of pre-design works, the conclusion of contracts between customers and design organizations, the allocation of advance payments, and the completion of works during the development of design and estimate documentation for construction facilities;
• forming an electronic database of contracts concluded between customers and expert organizations and the financing of services for conducting expert examinations of design and estimate documentation, including examinations of completed design and estimate documentation;
• forming an electronic database of accurate and reliable data on contracts concluded between contractors and customers in financing construction projects, payment of advance funds, maintaining reports on monthly completed work, and proportional financing in relation to the volume of work performed;
• forming databases of all contractors and subcontractors involved in the construction of facilities by types of activity and ensuring timely payments based on the volumes of completed work;
• forming databases for the registration of control and monitoring of construction processes at facilities, as well as records of inspection checks conducted by territorial construction control inspectorates, identified deficiencies, and measures taken to eliminate them.
