At the “Mourning Mother” Memorial Square in our city, a solemn oath-taking ceremony took place for the students admitted this year to the “School of Courage,” established on the basis of Secondary School No. 18 of Margilan city.
The event was attended by the head of the city Department of Defense, Lieutenant Colonel A. Erkinov, the head of the Department of Preschool and School Education G. Ortikov, veterans, parents of students, and members of the public.
Speakers emphasized that the “Schools of Courage,” established throughout the regions of our country on the initiative of our President, are significant because they are aimed at educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism and seeing their own destiny as inseparable from the destiny of the Motherland.
