Today, an Open Dialogue was held at the Margilan City Administration for public sector employees with the participation of Deputy Governor of the region Sh. Polvonov, Deputy Head of the Regional Branch of the Agency for the Development of Public Service A. Akbarov, Head of the Fergana Regional Department of the Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan A. Ziyavitdinov, and Mayor of Margilan Sh. Nisbatxonov.
During the dialogue, the speakers provided information about the initiatives carried out in recent years at the initiative of the Head of State to enhance the prestige of public service, as well as to provide social and material support to public servants.
The discussion also addressed issues such as negative practices that public servants must avoid, corruption, ethical and moral norms, dress code and culture of communication with citizens, as well as factors affecting the image of government institutions. Relevant legal documents, guidelines, and methodological recommendations on the ethics of civil servants were also presented.
