Mobile Reception: APPEAL, SOLUTION AND RESULT

Today, meeting with the people, listening to their concerns, and thereby earning public satisfaction have become the primary duty of every leader.
As emphasized by the Head of our State, it is not the people who should serve state institutions, but state institutions that must serve the people.
In this regard, with the aim of working with public appeals and finding legal solutions to the problems troubling citizens, the Mayor of Margilan city, Sh. Nisbatkhanov, has been organizing regular mobile receptions in various areas.
In particular, today another mobile reception was held at the City Digital Technologies Center. The event was attended by the Deputy Mayors, heads of enterprises and organizations, and responsible officials.
During the reception, a total of 15 appeals were registered on issues related to entrepreneurship, housing, financial assistance, employment, healthcare, and other matters. Legal explanations were provided for 4 appeals, while 6 appeals were resolved positively on the spot.
Relevant instructions were given to the heads of responsible organizations and institutions to ensure timely execution of the remaining appeals, and their implementation was taken under control.
In short, such sincere dialogues vividly demonstrate the noble principle of “For Human Dignity” in practice and are encouraging for their important role in preventing unnecessary inconvenience and ensuring timely and prompt solutions to citizens’ appeals.
