Yesterday, the first economic seminar of 2025 was opened by the Deputy Minister of Culture, Murodjon Majidov. He noted that the main shortcomings in the effective organization of discipline within the national system organizations, including the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city cultural departments, are the insufficient knowledge of the content of the Presidential Decree No. PF-6166 dated February 10, 2021, and the Resolution No. PQ-5132 dated May 31, 2021. This lack of knowledge has hindered the strengthening of discipline and the increase in personal responsibility for enforcing discipline in the future.
Jalilov, an official from the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, then spoke about the need for the unequivocal execution of the above Decree and Resolution, emphasizing that the responsibility of leaders and specialists at all levels of management should be strengthened to eliminate mistakes, deficiencies, and delays in this regard.
Afterward, Shukurov, the head of the Execution Discipline and Secretariat Department of the Ministry, provided an explanation regarding the “Ijro.gov.uz” system. This system helps organize the monitoring and accountability for the implementation of laws, Presidential Decrees, Resolutions, Orders, and instructions by state agencies and organizations, as well as the procedure for extending deadlines for assignments that could not be completed within the prescribed time.
To give a detailed explanation about the “Edo.ijro.uz” system, Komolov, the head of the Tashkent branch of “Unicon Soft” LLC, was invited to speak. He provided information on how to enter tasks into the system, office settings, registering incoming documents, entering paper documents into the system, editing them, where documents are stored, processing incoming appeals within the organization, as well as the advantages and conveniences of using the “Edo.ijro.uz” system.
Following this, thanks were expressed to the officials of the Cabinet of Ministers and partner organizations for their participation in the seminar, and the meeting continued in a closed format.
The seminar focused on priority tasks, the implementation of previously assigned tasks, and a discussion of ongoing and necessary tasks on the agenda. The leaders of the central office of the ministry, regional, and system organization heads participated online from regional studios.
As a reference, in accordance with the requirements of the Presidential Decree No. PF-6166 dated February 10, 2021, and the Resolution No. PQ-5132 dated May 31, 2021, a series of economic seminars have been planned for January, February, and March 2025 to strengthen the knowledge and skills of regional system organization leaders and employees, address deficiencies, and improve discipline in the organizations.
