Today, on January 28, an assembly on execution discipline was held under the leadership of the Minister of Culture, Ozodbek Nazarbekov.
The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Culture, Avazkhon Tadjikhanov, Deputy Minister Murodjon Majidov, and representatives from the ministry's central apparatus.
The meeting reviewed the progress made in 2024 regarding the implementation of the Presidential Decrees, Resolutions, and Orders through the “Ijro.gov.uz” system, and discussed the tasks for 2025, planning necessary actions and assigning responsibilities to those in charge of specific tasks.
It was particularly emphasized during the meeting that the importance of execution discipline in state organizations manifests in the following ways:
First, it ensures the timely and quality completion of assigned tasks, which establishes a systematic workflow within the organization.
Second, every employee will be compelled to approach their responsibilities seriously, which will have a positive impact on the overall results.
Third, it guarantees the correct execution of decisions made in state organizations, which contributes to improving the quality of state services.
Fourth, timely completed work ensures accuracy and transparency in documents and reports.
Fifth, adhering to execution discipline can increase citizens’ trust in state organizations.
Additionally, execution discipline was noted as a crucial factor directly influencing the efficiency of public administration. In organizations with discipline, resources are used effectively, time is saved, and work processes are accelerated.
Furthermore, it was warned that strict measures would be taken against those responsible for delays or neglect in ensuring the implementation of the President’s Decrees, Resolutions, and Orders through the “Ijro.gov.uz” system.
