The execution of the Presidential Decree PF-114 dated July 27, 2023, on the “Measures to Ensure the Effective Organization of State Management in the Field of Culture and Tourism within the Framework of Administrative Reforms” and to provide continuous methodological support in educational institutions related to culture and art, improve their educational-methodological provision, and introduce innovative teaching technologies into the educational process, is being implemented based on the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers with the establishment of the "Center for Cultural Education."

According to this, the following tasks are outlined:

• Methodologically coordinating the activities of general secondary, extracurricular, vocational, and higher education institutions in the field of culture and art, and developing proposals and recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of education in these institutions;

• Identifying talented youth living in various regions of the country, directing them to educational institutions in the field of culture and art, preparing them based on a selection process, and creating scientific and methodological foundations for them to demonstrate their talents, applying them in practice;

• Improving culture and art education based on foreign advanced experiences, including providing integrated education levels at various stages, developing modern methods of knowledge assessment, and introducing them into practice;

• Analyzing the demand and development trends of the labor market in the sector, forming admission parameters for training personnel based on government orders, as well as preparing proposals to improve the qualification requirements for students and teachers;

• Implementing advanced forms of training, retraining, and upgrading the qualifications of leaders and pedagogical staff in cultural and artistic educational institutions, and creating conditions for continuous improvement of teachers' professional skills;

• Studying and analyzing the compliance of the educational and training processes in state educational institutions with the state educational standards, monitoring the quality of personnel training, controlling the qualification improvement of the teaching staff, and preparing conclusions;

• Conducting analytical and practical research aimed at the development of the field of culture and art education, and organizing the preparation of scientific works that widely use the achievements of world science and technology in the educational process;

• Improving the curriculum and textbooks of the "Music Culture" subject in general secondary schools, improving teachers' qualifications, and developing proposals and recommendations for the creation of musical collections aimed at fostering national and patriotic feelings, as well as establishing music and art clubs in "Barkamol Avlod" schools;

• Developing draft normative and regulatory documents aimed at further improving the cultural and art education system and implementing them in cultural and art educational institutions with the relevant state management bodies are the main tasks of the Center.
