During his business trip, Bahodir Ahmedov, together with the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Begis Temirbayev, visited the regional branch of the Uzbek National Maqom Art Center in the Ellikkala district. A meeting addressing organizational issues was held there.

At the meeting, Umid Bekchanov, who had been serving as the director of the No. 23 Children's Music and Arts School in the Ellikkala district, was appointed as the director of the regional branch of the Uzbek National Maqom Art Center in Karakalpakstan and introduced to the staff.

Additionally, he watched the Maqom ensemble's performance report and gave instructions regarding the improvement of the ensemble's activities, enhancing its artistic level, and organizing international creative tours in the coming year.

On the same day, Bahodir Ahmedov met with the creative staff of the cultural departments and cultural centers in Beruniy and Takhtakupyr districts.

During the meeting, proposals and instructions were given on improving the activities of cultural centers, organizing concert programs for creative and amateur groups, and supporting the centers' staff.

As part of the trip, Bahodir Ahmedov attended the report concert of the Karakalpak branch of the Uzbek State Philharmonic and met with participants of the "Yosh" pop project, organized by the Ministry of Culture of Karakalpakstan last year, and watched their performance program.

After the concert, he highly praised the creative activities of the Karakalpak Philharmonic ensemble and issued instructions to support the philharmonic’s creative team and the participants of the "Yosh" project. Specifically, he instructed the allocation of a 50-million-soum incentive from the state institution "Uzbekconcert" for the participants of the "Yosh" project and the creation of several benefits for them.
