Today's topic focuses on the on-duty employee of the Permitting Bureau of the Department of Property Management of the Ministry of Culture.
One-time permits for entry into the building (territory) of the Ministry of Culture are issued by the on-duty employee of the Permitting Bureau.
A one-time permit is issued based on the citizen’s identification document, registered in the one-time permit issuance log by a Permitting Bureau employee, officially processed, and the rules for entry and staying in the Ministry of Culture building are explained.
Permission to enter the Ministry of Culture building may be denied to a citizen in the following cases:
- Refusal to provide identification to the employee processing the permit or the National Guard officer on duty at the post;
- Submission of invalid, expired, or questionable identification documents;
- Refusal to undergo control;
- Visits unrelated to cultural activities or unnecessary visits;
- Refusal to leave prohibited items;
- Visits in an intoxicated state or in improper sanitary conditions, as well as clothing demonstrating disregard for accepted moral norms.
Visitors are admitted to the Ministry of Culture building (territory) with one-time permits from 09:00 to 18:00. On weekends and non-working holidays, as well as after 18:00 on weekdays, permits are issued by the National Guard officer on duty at the second post.
