The First Deputy Minister of Culture Bahodir Ahmedov was on an official visit to the Fergana region.
During the visit, Bahodir Ahmedov familiarized himself with the repertoires of the folklore-ethnographic groups of the region at the Fergana Musical Drama Theater.
Specifically, he explored the repertoires of the folklore-ethnographic folk groups of Fergana city "Fergana Gavhari", Kokand city "Omon Yor" and "Kokand Yor-Yori", Margilan city "Chodir Jamol", Dangara district "Donigaram va Naymancha Begoyimlari", and Qoshtepa district "Kabutar".
During conversations with the group participants, Bahodir Ahmedov gave guidance on improving the performers' skills, emphasized the importance of stage culture, and drew attention to the content and educational value of the works being performed, as well as the need to pass on our national values and traditions to the youth.
