Bakhodir Ahmedov visited Navoi region on a business trip

The First Deputy Minister of Culture, Bahodir Ahmedov, visited the Navoi region on a working trip and familiarized himself with the activities of cultural and art institutions.
During the visit, he reviewed the activities of the cultural centers in the Karmana and Qiziltepa districts and inspected exemplary cultural centers.
He also became acquainted with the activities of the folklore ethnographic ensembles and existing circles organized at the cultural centers.
At the end of the visit, a meeting was held at the "Nafosat" cultural center in the Qiziltepa district with theater representatives, concert-performance organizations, specialized art institutions, children's music and art schools, heads of cultural departments, and cultural center leaders. The meeting focused on analyzing and critically discussing the achievements and shortcomings in the sector.
The meeting emphasized the need to accelerate the renovation and equipping of exemplary cultural centers and to ensure their timely use, as well as to provide children's music and art schools with highly qualified specialist staff, with relevant tasks assigned to the responsible individuals.
