Yesterday, the First Deputy Minister of Culture, Avazkhon Tadjikhanov, met with representatives from the "IT Investments Center" and the "Uzbekistan Creative Association" at the Ministry of Culture. The meeting aimed to integrate creative economy sectors with digital technologies and expand the range of remote services by adding additional services to the sector.
During the meeting, the following important issues were discussed:
- Elevating Uzbekistan's animation industry to international standards.
- Utilizing the experience of international mentors in animation schools.
- Training specialists such as Game Designers, 3D/2D artists, modellers, animators, Concept Art designers, and Sound Designers in the field of Culture and making them competitive in the international labor market.
- Helping students studying in the Culture system generate additional income through platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, SoundCloud, and Bandcamp, to develop the electronic music industry.
- Expanding theater audiences by applying global experience, enhancing infrastructure with modern decorative equipment, and supporting the attraction of grants and investments.
This action plan will contribute to the development of Uzbekistan's creative economy by applying innovative and technological solutions in the cultural sector and integrating digital technologies.
