On additional measures to further strengthen executive discipline in state bodies and organizations” :
The role of the Accounts Chamber in monitoring the implementation of the acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been increased;
New mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of Cabinet decisions have been introduced;
A new procedure for fully organizing the implementation of regulatory legal acts and assessing the quality of implementation has been introduced;
It was decided to introduce modern information and communication technologies into the processes of ensuring executive discipline.
Also, control over the execution of orders and instructions of the Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan through the "ijro.gov.uz" system has been established in the procedure for controlling the execution of presidential documents.
The Regulation on the Procedure for Organizing the Execution of Laws, Decrees, Resolutions, Orders and Instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan through the electronic system "Ijro.gov.uz" was approved in a new edition.
In accordance with paragraph 7 of the Decree, in order to establish public control over the implementation of legislative acts and instructions, starting from October 1, 2025 , including:
A procedure has been introduced for the heads of state bodies and organizations to report to the general public on the status of implementation of laws, documents of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government every quarter.
Accordingly, the status of the implementation of the instructions given to the Mining and Geological Supervision Inspectorate in the instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Head of the Presidential Administration and the Cabinet of Ministers for
the 12 months of 2025 is as follows:
In January-December of this year :
53 orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan documents received, of which a total of: 153 The tasks are set and completed before the deadline. (100%) Completed. Reports on the results have been submitted to the Ministry of Justice and the Accounts Chamber.
35 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan received documents, of which a total of 35 The tasks are set and completed before the deadline. (100%) Completed. Reports on the results have been submitted to the Ministry of Justice.
In January 2026, the Inspection received a total of 4 Presidential instructions ,
of which 1 was completed and released from control. (25% implementation ensured) and the Cabinet of Ministers A total of 1 task has been set, and today there are 4 Among the heads and employees of the Inspectorate responsible for ensuring the implementation of the task (sunday) A calendar and roadmaps have been approved to ensure the timely implementation of these tasks . Necessary measures are being taken to ensure the implementation of these tasks.
At the same time, on Monday , the Inspectorate was given a report on the implementation of the assigned control tasks. Head of Inspection , Friday The inspection is discussed in the presence of the deputy head of the inspection , and every quarter at the General Meeting , and appropriate instructions are given to the heads of the central office departments and regional departments to take prompt practical measures to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of documents, indicating the personal responsibility of the responsible employees.
