A new system for supporting young families and establishing criteria for responsible parenthood has been launched

In New Uzbekistan, large-scale measures are being implemented to systematically organize the processes of strengthening the institution of the family and raising a healthy, harmoniously developed generation. As part of these reforms, the electronic platform masuliyatli-ota-onalik.uz and a mobile application were launched, aimed at teaching young families the responsibility of parenthood through scientific and practical methods.
Analysis indicates that today there is a sharp increase in demand for programs preparing youth for family life and developing parenting skills. The lack of psychological, legal, and medical knowledge in resolving conflicts and preventing divorces, along with an insufficient number of professional approaches, necessitated the implementation of this initiative.
Through the platform, it is planned to stabilize family relations and form prosperous families based on national values. The educational process includes 5 training modules developed by experts: preparation for parenthood (1 lesson), reproductive health (5 lessons, 148 minutes), pedagogical and psychological skills (1 lesson, 17 minutes), economic literacy and financial planning (1 lesson, 19 minutes), and creating a spiritual and moral environment (1 lesson, 16 minutes).
Within the framework of the project, study guides, electronic promotional materials, video lessons, podcasts, and audio/video reels were created and disseminated through the platform. A system for issuing certificates to families who successfully complete the special training course has been established. Mechanisms for educational support to families are continuously improved through ongoing monitoring and control measures.
These results demonstrate that regulating family relationships through scientific and digital approaches serves to ensure social stability in society. Increasing preventive knowledge and introducing responsible parenthood criteria prevent family breakdowns due to trivial reasons.
Ensuring legality and stability, in turn, is of key importance for the proper planning of the family economy and enhancing the socio-economic well-being of society.
