Use of Underground Water: Problems of Entrepreneurs are Solved on the Spot

The Inspectorate for Control in the Mining Industry and Geology held another field reception for individuals and legal entities. This event was organized in cooperation with the State Geological Monitoring Service under the State Enterprise "O'zbekgidrogeologiya" and the Tashkent Hydrogeological Station.
During the dialogue, current problems of entrepreneurs and citizens related to the rational use of underground resources and compliance with legislation in this area were reviewed in detail. This meeting served as an important platform for identifying systemic deficiencies on the ground and finding prompt solutions for them.
The head of the Inspectorate for Control in the Mining Industry and Geology, J. Adilov, and the head of the State Geological Monitoring Service, B. Aytmetov, took part in the field reception. Responsible leaders directly listened to appeals and proposals related to the activities of the sector and took measures to find practical solutions to all issues on the spot.
At the meeting, representatives of business entities brought up issues such as the procedure for using underground and artesian water in their activities, as well as calculating the amount of payments for the water used. Also, situations related to the timely review of appeals sent through the Single Portal of Interactive State Services were analyzed.
Legal and practical assistance was provided to entrepreneurs who applied regarding unresolved issues on the ground. At the same time, it was announced that control measures will be continued to prevent cases of undocumented use of water resources or use beyond the established limit. Practical assistance will be constantly provided to entities facing problems.
