Additional €3 Million in Funding for a Vocational Education Project Discussed

Negotiations were held on development cooperation between Uzbekistan and Germany.
The meeting focused on:
— modernizing the vocational education system in Uzbekistan;
— developing dual education and introducing German best practices;
— allocating an additional €3 million to the “Support for the Reform and Modernization of Uzbekistan’s Vocational Education System II” project.
The additional funding will be directed towards expanding dual education, increasing the participation of enterprises and German companies, and introducing modern educational programs.
