During the seminar:

🔵 the role of Career Centers in the activities of technical schools, as well as issues related to students’ career guidance and preparation for the labor market, were discussed;

🔵 practical approaches and recommendations were provided on establishing effective cooperation with employers and supporting graduates in finding employment;

🔵 participants’ practical skills were developed through interactive activities such as “What Is a Career Center?”, “Convince an Employer in 60 Seconds”, and “Problem and Solution Tree”;

🔵 participants exchanged views and suggestions on existing challenges in the activities of Career Centers, possible solutions, and ways to strengthen cooperation with employers;

🔵 best practices of technical schools in Namangan Region that have successfully organized the activities of their Career Centers were presented, and ways to promote and disseminate these practices were discussed.
