Practical Skills of Career Center Managers Being Enhanced in Andijan

A practical seminar-training was organized for the heads of Career Centers at vocational technical schools in Andijan Region. The training focused on effectively organizing the activities of Career Centers, providing career guidance to students, developing cooperation with employers, and ensuring employment opportunities for graduates.
The seminar was conducted through interactive and practical sessions. During the training, participants:
➖ in the “What Is a Career Center?” session, analyzed the key tasks and opportunities of Career Centers;
➖ in the “Convince an Employer in 60 Seconds” session, developed skills in effective communication and establishing cooperation with employers;
➖ in the “Problem and Solution Tree” session, identified existing challenges and developed practical solutions to address them.
