(Title of the resolution as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 30, 2026, No. 40 — National Database of Legislation, February 5, 2026, No. 09/26/40/0112) In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 11, 2017, No. ZRU-445 “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ‘On Applications of Individuals and Legal Entities’,” the Cabinet of Ministers hereby resolves: Previously amended version. 1.To approve: the Model Regulation on the procedure for handling applications (petitions) of individuals and legal entities in state bodies, state institutions, and organizations with state participation, in accordance with Annex 1; the Regulation on evaluating and classifying the activities of state bodies, state institutions, and organizations with state participation, as well as their officials, in handling applications (petitions) of individuals and legal entities, in accordance with Annex 1. (Clause 1 as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 30, 2026, No. 40 — National Database of Legislation, February 5, 2026, No. 09/26/40/0112) 2.Ministries and agencies, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional, city, and district hokimiyats, as well as organizations with state participation, shall within one month: develop and approve regulations on the procedure for handling applications (petitions) of individuals and legal entities in accordance with the Model Regulation approved by this resolution; bring their normative-legal acts into compliance with this resolution. 3.Certain resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be considered void in accordance with Annex 2. 4.Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy Prime Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
