In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ORQ-445 dated 11 September 2017 “On Introducing Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ‘On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities’”, the Cabinet of Ministers resolves: To approve: The Model Regulation on the Procedure for Handling Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities in State Bodies, State Institutions, and Organizations with State Participation; The Regulation on the Evaluation and Classification of the Activities of State Bodies, State Institutions, Organizations with State Participation, and Their Officials in Handling Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities. Ministries and agencies, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional, city, and district khokimiyats, as well as organizations with state participation shall, within one month: develop and approve regulations on the procedure for handling appeals of individuals and legal entities in accordance with the approved Model Regulation; bring their normative legal acts into conformity with this Resolution. Certain resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan listed in Annex 2 shall be deemed invalid. Control over the implementation of this Resolution shall be entrusted to the Deputy Prime Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
