“Leader and Youth” meeting in Germany.

During an official visit to Berlin, a “Leader and Youth” meeting was organized at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Germany with more than 30 Uzbek young people studying and working abroad. The meeting was attended by the Ambassador, the Director of the Vocational Education Agency, and representatives of the Migration Agency.
During the meeting, young compatriots raised a number of important questions, practical proposals, and initiatives. In particular:
✔️ expanding the teaching of the German language in Uzbekistan;
✔️ increasing employment opportunities in Germany through short-term courses;
✔️ creating international job opportunities for youth in the service sector;
✔️ proposals to support students studying in Germany.
According to the Head of the GIZ TexVET II project Matthias Klingenberg, providing young people with modern, practice-oriented vocational education is a key condition for successful and sustainable migration.
