Issues of preparing women for leadership in the green economy were discussed

A representative of the Agency for Vocational Education participated in a panel discussion titled “Women’s Leadership in Uzbekistan During a Period of Rapid Development,” organized by ACWA Power.
In cooperation with international partners such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the goal is to engage less developed regions and increase the share of girls and young women in educational programs to up to 40 percent.
📌In particular, the Shirin College project, supported by ACWA Power, was highlighted as a vivid example of how the private sector can positively contribute to the development of education in local communities.
