Combating Corruption Will Remain a Priority
The Agency for Plant Quarantine and Protection held a meeting dedicated to preventing corruption and discussing the priority tasks to be carried out in this area.
The Director of the Agency, Ibrohim Ergashev, emphasized the importance of the tasks outlined at the meeting of the National Council for Combating Corruption, chaired by the Head of State on March 5, 2025.
Representatives of the Prosecutor General’s Office provided detailed information on the work being carried out in our country to combat corruption, the existing problems, and the tasks ahead.
For reference, it should be noted that systematic work is being carried out within the Agency to prevent corruption:
• Internal control over the prevention and combating of corrupt practices has been strengthened.
• Regular legal awareness and explanatory activities are conducted for employees.
• Corruption risk factors are studied, and measures are developed to eliminate them.
• To ensure openness and transparency for citizens and entrepreneurs, online appeals are accepted through the Agency’s official website and social networks.
We must all be proactive in the fight against corruption!
