A Presidential Decree “On Additional Measures to Increase the Export Potential and Develop the Processing Chain of Agricultural Products” (No. PP-136, dated April 8, 2025) has been adopted.
Tax benefits granted to certain entrepreneurs engaged in the sale of fruit and vegetable products
A Presidential Decree “On Additional Measures to Increase the Export Potential and Develop the Processing Chain of Agricultural Products” (No. PP-136, dated April 8, 2025) has been adopted.
According to the decree, the main target indicators for 2025–2026 to increase the export of agricultural products and create a value-added chain have been defined as follows:
- In 2025, increase the total export volume of fruit, vegetable, and food products to 3.5 billion USD.
- By the end of 2025, obtain phytosanitary permits for the export of 30 new types of products to 8 countries.
- Ensure the export of fruit and vegetable products to promising markets in the amount of 442 million USD in 2025 and 575 million USD in 2026.
- In 2025, implement investment projects worth 40.5 million USD for the production of packaging for a total of 2.1 million tons of fruit and vegetable products in the regions.
