Today and tomorrow, an info-tour is taking place to develop mutually beneficial cooperation between the Karakol City Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Jizzakh City Administration, establish sister-city relations, and sign a memorandum of cooperation between Karakol and Jizzakh.
