Among civil servants working in the region, the “Reading Civil Servant” campaign for the Governor’s Cup was conducted at a high organizational level. This initiative contributed to increasing the intellectual capacity of public servants, encouraging them to engage in continuous reading and self-improvement, and fostering spiritual maturity in their professional activities.

The campaign took place at the Regional Information and Library Center. Representatives of city and district organizations actively participated, demonstrating their knowledge and reading proficiency. Participants purchased books of various genres and donated them to the library fund free of charge. This became a meaningful spiritual contribution not only for the staff but also for the wider community of readers.
