During the event, participants were informed about the essence and significance of the Presidential Resolution No. PQ-1 dated January 5, 2026, “On Additional Measures Aimed at Introducing an Integrated Targeted System for Creating a Safe Environment in the Mahallas of the Republic.”
🟦🟦🟦 Furthermore, based on the order of the Minister of Justice on conducting the legal month titled “Guarantees of Property Rights” and relevant departmental instructions, legal explanations were provided within this framework regarding property rights protection, inheritance disputes concerning property, and their legal consequences in accordance with current legislation.
♻️ Participants were also informed about the ongoing nationwide anti-fraud campaign held under the slogans “Be Aware of Fraudsters” and “Protect Yourself from Fraud.” Explanations were given on types of fraud-related crimes, their negative consequences, and the penalties prescribed by the Criminal Code for such offenses.
✅ Legal specialists additionally provided guidance to the “Mahalla Seven” and responsible officials on protecting children’s rights, delivering legal information to minors, offering free legal advice to children affected by violence, providing legal assistance to children who committed offenses or whose civil rights were violated, and studying the issues of troubled families.
During the event, participants were informed about the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 35 dated January 29, 2026, “On Additional Measures to Improve the Support System for Families Included in the Social Register,” with its content and significance explained in clear and accessible language.
⌛️ At the conclusion of the event, recommendations were given on organizing comprehensive early prevention of offenses in mahallas, ensuring high-quality implementation of developed “road maps,” and providing clarifications on employment, property relations, and inheritance legislation issues raised by participants.
