The meeting was attended by the Head of the Jizzakh Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Major General Gayrat Qodirov, Jizzakh City Mayor Komil Kholmurodov, as well as members of neighborhood councils (“Mahalla Seven”), prevention inspectors, and representatives of the public.

During the event, the essence and significance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 5, 2026, No. PQ–1 were thoroughly explained, and specific responsibilities of the officials in charge of implementing the tasks outlined in the document were clearly defined.

In particular, special attention was paid to significantly reducing crime rates in neighborhoods with difficult criminogenic conditions, as well as in neighborhoods classified as “red-category” over the past five years, strengthening preventive measures, conducting targeted work with residents, and promptly addressing social issues.

At the conclusion of the meeting, relevant instructions were given to responsible officials to ensure the implementation of the assigned tasks, and it was emphasized that continuous oversight would be established over the execution process.
