During the meeting, heads of regional institutions and agencies thoroughly reviewed proposals, appeals, and complaints submitted by business entities and citizens. The event was held in the format of an open dialogue and direct question-and-answer session, during which entrepreneurs voiced pressing issues they face, including land allocation, access to credit, permits, infrastructure, taxation, and legal matters.

Each appeal was individually considered by Jizzakh Region Prosecutor Bakhtiyor Ibrohimov, who issued clear instructions to responsible officials to ensure lawful solutions. Some issues were resolved on the spot, while appeals requiring further review were accepted for execution and placed under supervision.

In addition, special attention was paid to strengthening openness, transparency, and mutual trust between government bodies and entrepreneurs, eliminating unjustified barriers to business activities, and ensuring the rule of law.
