This Regulation defines the value of gifts that may be received by a state civil servant in connection with official trips, international and other official events, as well as the procedure for accounting for and disposing of such gifts.
A state civil servant may accept an offer expressed as a sign of hospitality during international and other official events. However, if there is any doubt regarding the gratuitous nature of such an offer, the civil servant must immediately refuse it and notify the anti-corruption unit through available means of communication.

Perishable goods are not subject to formal registration as gifts and may be disposed of by the civil servant at their own discretion.
If it is determined that the value of the gift does not exceed four times the basic calculation amount, the gift shall remain with the state civil servant, and an official report shall be drawn up.
If the value of the gift exceeds four times the basic calculation amount, the gift shall be recorded on the balance sheet of the state body by the financial and economic unit.
Gifts received by state civil servants in connection with official trips, international and other official events shall be subject to mandatory registration in the Gifts Register.
