The training course brings together specialists working in industrial cooperation and public procurement from ministries and government agencies, industry enterprises, and regional organizations.
During the six-day program, participants will study procedures for expanding the participation of local manufacturers in investment projects, calculating the share of value added, incorporating local content and technology transfer requirements into investment agreements, and conducting audits and verification of the relevant indicators.
Particular attention will also be paid to identifying promising products for localization through an analysis of import volumes, domestic market demand, and existing production capacities. The program will cover the development of medium- and long-term industrial cooperation programs, monitoring their implementation, and utilizing incentives and financial support mechanisms.
In the field of public procurement, participants will examine practical examples of procurement planning, selecting appropriate procurement methods in accordance with legislative requirements, preparing technical specifications and procurement documentation, determining average market prices and initial procurement prices using the Price Module, monitoring contract performance, and resolving disputes.
The program also includes planned field training sessions at the Technological Metals Complex and the Chirchiq Chemical-Industrial Technopark. During these visits, participants will gain firsthand insights into production chains, cooperation with local suppliers, and operational processes at industrial enterprises.
At the conclusion of the course, participants will develop draft localization and industrial cooperation programs for selected products and present their economic justifications, value-added calculations, and industrial cooperation chains. Certificates will be awarded based on the results of the final assessment.
