Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement Agency

🎤 During the meeting, the Agency presented its core functions, responsibilities, and the ongoing reforms aimed at developing Uzbekistan's industrial cooperation and public procurement systems. The participants were also briefed on the priority goals and objectives for the development of the public procurement system through 2030.

The parties discussed prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation in the fields of industrial cooperation and public procurement. In particular, they exchanged views on:

✔️ engaging international experts and advisors;
✔️ launching professional exchange programs;
✔️ organizing joint seminars and training sessions;
✔️ conducting a comprehensive assessment of the public procurement and industrial cooperation systems based on international best practices.

The participants also explored opportunities to provide financial and expert support for prospective projects and to expand practical cooperation in these areas.

➡️ At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties reached a mutual understanding on identifying priority areas of cooperation, developing a portfolio of joint projects, designing implementation mechanisms, and organizing subsequent working-level meetings.
