✅ The government will cover part of the costs related to technology transfer and scientific research activities;

✅ Enterprises implementing new pharmaceutical projects will be exempt from land, profit, and property taxes for three years;

✅ Opportunities for domestic manufacturers to participate in the public procurement system will be expanded;
